Georgina Capel, Director - Literary
Georgina Capel joined William Heinemann’s rights department in 1983 before moving to Secker and Warburg as Rights Director. After five years at Secker she went on to Jonathan Cape as Rights Director and deputy Managing Director before becoming Group Rights Director of Random House. She works with top international authors and has been negotiating global deals for the past twenty years. She is married to the publisher Anthony Cheetham.

Anita Land, Director – Television and Radio
Born and bred in the entertainment and media industry as the daughter of the late Leslie Grade, Anita Land has, over more than 20 years, built up an enviable list of television and radio presenters, specialising in news, current affairs and specialist factual; she also represents senior broadcasting executives. In 2003, she wrote and presented a documentary for Channel 4, “Some of My Best Friends are Jewish”.

Joscelyn Evans  –  Television and Radio, Corporate
Joscelyn Evans joined Capel and Land in August 2008, having spent five years at ITV working in both the broadcasting and production businesses.  Joscelyn has also worked at the BBC and for the ITC (now Ofcom).  Working with Anita Land, she represents Capel & Land’s clients in their television, radio and broadcasting work as well as public appearances.                                              joscelyn@capelland.co.uk

Philippa Brewster – Literary
As Editor at publishers including Routledge, Jonathan Cape and HarperCollins, Philippa has worked closely with such authors as Jeanette Winterson, Ruth Rendell, Helen Simpson, Alex Cox, Diana Souhami and John Tusa.

Abi Fellows – Literary
With a background at Blackwells Bookshop and Faber and Faber, Abi joined the company in 2005. She works closely with Georgina, handling all translation rights enquiries as well as permissions and journalism requests for the authors.

Romily Must – Literary
Having worked as Rights manager at the Christopher Little Literary Agency for 3 years, Romily has joined the company to cover Abi's maternity leave until early 2011.  She will be handling translation rights, contracts, permissions and journalism requests during this time.  Romily has a BA degree in Spanish and Italian, and an MA in English.

Rachel Conway – LiteraryTelevision and Radio
Rachel joined Capel & Land in 2010, having gained experience at Blake Friedmann and worked at United Agents.  Rachel has a degree in Comparative Literature from King's College London.
